Canadian Urban Welcomes Robert Campbell as Director of Technical Services & Project Management

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Robert Campbell, who joins Canadian Urban as our new Director, Technical Services & Project Management, based in Markham, ON. With over three decades of commercial real estate operations experience under his belt, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Robert will be at the helm of our operations team, ensuring each property we manage is operated and maintained efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Additionally, he will provide invaluable input and oversight for capital planning and execution, as well as play a pivotal role in due diligence activities for potential property acquisitions and dispositions alongside our Asset Management and Investments teams.

Robert’s extensive background includes proficiency in building operations, construction management, and the implementation of ESG initiatives. As a 4th Class Stationary Engineer and holder of BOMI Canada’s SMA and SMT designations, along with BES certificates, his commitment to ongoing professional development is exemplary.
